WOW so much has taken place recently to make our boat into a cruiser and preparations continue on getting ready to be full time cruisers.
1. Scott installed the Monitor Wind Vane
2. Scott installed the Dinghy mounts
3. We purchased the AIS and SSB - ready for install.
4. We had steps put all the way up the mast
5. Tamera sewed the bow tarp and some net storage
6. We attended a weather class
7. Scott is building a new cabinet for my dishes
8. House went on the market
9. Downsizing continues on a daily basis
10. Bought the roll up dinghy
11. bought the ditch bag and EPIRB
Scott will follow up with more details and some great photo's updating our progress.
The house is getting very empty and Scott makes the comment "we are going to be sitting on lawn chairs soon". Well he is right but I feel it is all part of the plan.
We have not sailed since July 4th weekend but we need to get out there soon and try out all our new stuff.
