Update on Dingy Dance

It has been a little while since I updated the progress on the dingy and wow it really looks like a boat now!!!  We are pleased with the progress except it seems slow with all the sanding that has to take place before we can move to the next step.  Today (Memorial Day) we are going to put in the bulk heads and by tonight we should be able to flip it over and work on the bottom.

It's time to make a DINGY DANCE

OK - the dingy kit has arrived and so begins the journey of building our own dingy.  The kit is like a really big puzzle as you can tell from the photo's.  Day one and we glued the bottom and the rub rails together.  tomorrow we begin on the side panels.....

Day two and three - lots of sanding and glue.....

And now it's time to put the epoxy coating on the boards........
