I have been going through the house getting things around for the garage sale. First of all, all items that have sentimental value are being kept...they are too hard to part with at this time. I have discovered some things such as I had 14 purses in the closet - why?
In the photo you will see the start of the garage sale collection and yes everything you see is for sale. My goal is for the pile to grow three times as big by the time I have the first "downsize sale". Stay tuned....
Later that day.....the down size pile grows.....
The "downsize" sale was a great success. We sold a lot of stuff but let me tell you it was hard. The feeling afterward was "I want my stuff back" but knowing it is all for the good of the dream made it easier. We made $400 and it will all go toward the dingy fund. By-the-way we start building our dingy next week so look for the "Chesapeake light craft dingy" section coming soon......
